Joelle is a Creative Director for NBCUniversal, where she is a creative catalyst at the NBCUniversal Creative Group, a renowned internal agency, garnering multifarious industry awards for innovative approaches to entertainment advertising and brand strategy. Joelle’s creative development ranges from advertising, viral campaigns, branding, video, website development and consumer keyart to ad sales upfronts and events for NBC, NBC Sports & Olympics, NBC News and NBCUniversal.
Joelle’s panoply of skill sets, talent, acumen, and creative pixie-dust leverages brand awareness with impactful concepts and innovative design solutions, creating extraordinary advertising success for clients with unforgettable campaigns that influence and inspire a passion for pop culture brands. Joelle’s most discerning attribute is formulating the ability to inject client projects with art. Her reasons are grounded in optimizing brand messaging with visual innovation. In the corporate world, that’s a Houdini-like skill.
Joelle is founding principal of Ideologie, an entrepreneurial branding boutique, and in 2013 completed an environmental design installation featuring the life history of Magic Johnson for his executive offices. Other clients include global television, motion picture and music brands; VH1, Nickelodeon, Universal Pictures, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Sony Pictures, The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Capitol Records, Warner Bros. Records, Hollywood Records and MCA Records.
Joelle previously worked for MTV Networks and CBS Television, and has dabbled in projects with Eyeball, Pittard Sullivan and Belief. Her work has been acknowledged by The Art Director’s Guild, PromaxBDA, AIGA’s Sound Off Exhibition, and Creativity.
