  Hadas Liwer is a 38-year-old Chief Creative Officer at JWT Israel, and is the only female CCO in the Israeli advertising top 20 agencies.
  
  At the age of 20, while her peers went to the university, Hadas got married to her high school sweetheart. Together they opened a studio for design and music.
  
  In 2001, she sold her business and started working as an Art Director at Israel’s leading advertising agencies, such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Y&R and BBDO.
  She has managed both international leading brands (Coca-Cola, Wrigley’s, Nokia, Lexus etc.) along with top local brands.
  
  During her 13 years in this demanding industry, Hadas never gave up on raising a family, and gave birth to two sons: Liron (14) and Daniel (11).
  
  During 2013 Hadas judged several local and International award shows such as Cannes Lions, LIA and the Cristal Festival.
