The team who delivered world-beating results for global brands like Unilever and Kraft, who have mentoring and teaching skills that turned even summer interns into international superstars, approach leadership training a little differently. Well, a lot differently.
The leaders behind Cannes Grand Prix winning work for Dove’s Campaign for Real Beauty, authors of “Pick Me” and ad industry advice column “Ask Jancy”, they were named among Ad Age’s 2012 “100 Most Influential Women in Advertising”. Janet and Nancy are winding up a business book to be published by HarperCollins. They co-founded Swim in 2011.
