    As SVP, Executive Creative Director, Chloe is responsible for leading and managing R/GA’s Experience Design department. In this position, she provides the vision for the largest experience design team in the industry and encourages the creation of user-centered experiences that integrate seamlessly into consumers’ lives. Through Chloe’s leadership and direction, the experience design team has originated groundbreaking work at R/GA, including campaigns for Nike+ and Nokia viNe. She has created a unique training curriculum for the IxD department, Re-Boot, which provides a framework for mapping new digital eco-systems.

    Chloe joined R/GA in 2000 working on the Nike account and eventually served as the Executive Creative Director on Nokia’s global account, leading teams in New York and London. Since joining R/GA, she has been a global design leader, creative leader, and a visionary, while contributing to the development of futurevision™, R/GA’s evolving vision of the consumer landscape.

    Prior to R/GA, Chloe expanded her expertise at Razorfish where she engaged in deep ethnographic and insight-related engagements. At Razorfish, she worked with diverse brands on varied projects including embracing social networks on Flip.com for Condé Nast and creating an immersive user-driven experience on Mercedes-AMG.com for Mercedes-AMG.

    As an industry thought leader, Chloe has spoken at events including SXSW and the Click Conference in New York. She served as a Cyber Lions judge at Cannes in 2010 and has won numerous honors from award shows including the One Show Interactive, the Cannes Cyber Lions, the CLIOs, the ADC Awards, and the International ANDY Awards.

    Chloe also teaches and lectures at a variety of institutions including Carnegie Mellon University and the School of Visual Arts in its Master’s in Fine Arts Interaction Design program.
