Karen's work has been recognized around the globe – including the much-awarded animated dot spots for the Dairy Farmers of Canada. This bold campaign made milk cool for teens and helped redefine the country's media landscape. Karen has also created memorable work for such brands as LCBO, H&R Block, Nike, Apple and Plan Canada.
She has juried for many award shows. Most recently Karen served as a Cannes judge and now sits on its Canadian Advisory Board.
Karen is a columnist for Applied Arts Magazine, and former writer for the Toronto Sun. She is also an advertising pundit for the National Post, the Globe and Mail, TVOntario, CBC and Citytv.
In her spare time, she co-founded the award-winning microbrewery Cameron's Brewing Company. When she can, Karen likes to run and cycle. She is a mom, a medical nerd and a serious coffee junkie.
