    Natalie is executive creative director at McCann Erickson New York, leading the transformation of the agency and heading up integrated work for global brands such as IKEA, Nespresso and L'Oreal.

    Prior to McCann, Natalie spent three years in China as executive creative director running OgilvyOne and building brands for clients like adidas, Chanel, Vans, Johnnie Walker. With her leadership OgilvyOne Shanghai was one of the most award-winning integrated/digital agencies in Asia.

    Before China, she was creative director at R/GA New York, leading the Nike+, Nike Running and NIKEiD accounts. She was part of the original small crew that created Nike+, and launched the first global Nike Human Race in 2008.

    Lam's work has picked up an ADC Gold Cube, Cannes Titanium Grand Prix, D&AD Black Pencil, One Show Interactive Best of Show and Grand Clio. She is a frequent jury member of industry awards, most recently as Interactive Jury Chair for the Art Directors Club.
