  Katie Jain is a co-Founder and Creative Director at Hatch Design. With a hands-on approach, she continually brings clients inspired design solutions that engage their audiences and enhance their brands. Since opening their doors in the Spring of 2007, she has directed award-winning work for some of the world’s most powerful brands and newest upstarts.
  
  Katie was raised in the Pacific Northwest, studied design at the California College of Arts and Crafts in San Francisco, and began her professional career at Templin Brink Design, where she created work for clients such as American Eagle Outfitters, MTV, Peace Cereal, Quiksilver and Williams-Sonoma. Her work has been recognized for excellence in virtually every major design competition around the world, including being recognized as a “Person to Watch” by Graphic Design USA and recent exhibition of work at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. In 2008, she and the Hatch team successfully launched their first “hatchling,” JAQK Cellars, a wine brand born out of a passion for design.
