With passion in her heart and a desire to encourage a new way of thinking, Pei Pei started her career in art and design almost 20 years ago. She has worked her way through the most famous advertising agencies in the world, including Ogilvy, Saatchi and Saatchi, J Walter Thompson and TBWA; strategising and creating many memorable and effective campaigns.
With formal expertise in Advertising, Direct Marketing and Interactive disciplines, she has worked as a creative director across diverse accounts; Singapore Airlines, Unilever for Lux and Dove, P & G for SK II and Olay, American Express, UOB (United Overseas Bank) Seagram, Nike, Nokia, Motorola, Mattel, Canon and HP – to name a few.
Pei Pei moved into the digital space, the new ecosystem for brands, to work closely with XM’s core disciplines of UX, planning and technology enablement to create ideas that impact how people live, by using her creative skills and experience to help bring big brand ideas to life by combining behavioral science with big creative ideas.
Pei Pei has over 60 global and regional awards picked up across advertising, direct marketing and interactive disciplines. She has picked up 2 Gold Lions at Cannes, D&AD, The One Show, London International Awards, Spikes, John Caples as well as the prestigious Diamond Echo Award– making her the first Singaporean creative person outside the US to achieve this to this day.
