Jennifer is the Executive Creative Director at The Plum Tree Group and founder of media strategy firm, Boom Epoch. She could be described as a strategist, digital innovator, or creative. But it is the nexus of these roles that brings the biggest value to the brands she serves. Clients and colleagues count on Jennifer to create life-changing experiences by bringing a brand’s authentic purpose to life, and to weave those experiences into a meaningful brand relationship over time. Her strategies are informed by a deep passion for behavioral science and a career history of combining storytelling and interaction for the most ambitious projects and innovative brands.
Previously, Jennifer built and led the creative and digital team for Omnicom’s premiere social media agency, Zócalo Group, and she spent nine years directing digital and creative strategy for Oprah. Jennifer's client list includes some of the world's biggest brands, such as Dove, Cisco, Dell, Lowes, Nissan, The U.S. Air Force and Fidelity, and top entertainment clients such as Sony, Discovery, Fox, ESPN and HGTV. She frequently speaks on topics related to design, social change and purpose-driven branding.
Jennifer lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
