Angela Zepeda is President, Chief Marketing Officer of full-service marketing communications agency Lowe Campbell Ewald. In her role, she leads the agency in new business development, focusing on the external marketing and promotion of the agency across the U.S., as well as fostering the agency’s key client relationships.
Zepeda has been with Lowe Campbell Ewald for more than a decade, instrumental in building the agency’s Los Angeles office with organic growth of current clients, as well as being responsible for new business development. As President of Lowe Campbell Ewald’s Los Angeles office, she worked hands-on to manage and successfully grow every account in the office including, Kaiser Permanente, Ghirardelli Chocolates, Chicken of the Sea, PIMCO Financial Services, Los Angeles Tourism & Conventions Board, Pasolivo Olive Oil, Keep Oakland Beautiful and Western Governors University. In fact, most notably under her leadership, she led the development of the award-winning Kaiser Permanente “Thrive” campaign. Now in its eleventh year, the work has extended beyond a brand campaign platform to effective one-to-one communications utilizing key touch points to intersect with consumers with relevant and personalized content.
Zepeda is a seasoned expert on marketing to women with a keen understanding of the emotional triggers involved in women’s retail habits. She has spoken on this topic at various events including: ISSM CONVERGE Conference; the WLN Conference; the M2W Conference in Chicago; and the Marketing to Women Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Zepeda’s can-do, glass half full attitude perpetuates all aspects of her life, and makes her an excellent role model to Lowe Campbell Ewald employees, and to all women in the ad industry.
Prior to joining Lowe Campbell Ewald, Zepeda held roles at TBWA\Chiat\Day, Team One, Rapp Collins, Doner and FCB. Beyond her expertise in marketing to women, she has deep experience in key industry sectors, including automotive, healthcare, financial services and packaged goods.
