Creative Director at Trollback + Co; Co-Founder, President of Empire Mayonnaise

Native New Yorker Elizabeth Valleau is a creative director, visual artist and entrepreneur with
over 10 year experience in Advertising and Fashion. Beginning her career in the HK/Tokyo fashion industry, as well as becoming a known New York conceptual and installation artist, she parlayed her passion for art v. commerce into a dynamic marketing career at shops ranging from
    Bad Boy to R/GA.

Elizabeth consistently brings rebellious ideas and a unique voice to proven disciplines, and she’s bucked the trend of traditional career tracking, having won awards and accolades in diverse industries - digital, experiential, product design and television.

Most recently, Elizabeth served as the creative lead for R/GA’s experiential group, and launched award-winning product and campaigns for Google Wallet, Mastercard and Microsoft. She came to R/GA from MKTG, where as a CD, brought fresh ideas to Nike, Diageo and Fedex. Previously she helped Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs bring Ciroc Vodka from obscurity to the top of its cluttered category.

As co-founder and CEO of the press darling and controversial Empire Mayonnaise company, she's led the company from a tough little startup to national recognition. She keeps her avant-garde attitude sharp by creating video-based installations, and creating performance-art driven electronic music with her group WOLVVES and writing for Esquire and Flaunt magazines.

Elizabeth excels at strategic thinking, visual presentation and team leadership. She seeks to promote the spirit of innovation in her teams, as well as the balance of excellence, collaboration and spunk.
