But what may surprise most is that Susan is a little Miss Fix It. Carpentry? Tiling? Electric? She’s your go-to girl. Oh, and she also works a sewing machine like nobody’s business.
Being an excellent jack-of-all trades keeps Susan calm as a cucumber when it comes to juggling the daily challenges of multiple accounts. For over 20 years, she has inspired her teams to craft innovative solutions that create and solidify loyal relationships between customers and brands. Brands like: JCPenney, Domino’s Pizza, Bank of America, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Frito-Lay, Captain D’s Seafood Kitchen, HEB, Texas Tourism and Dean Foods. She’s also well-versed in both the healthcare and non-profit sectors, helping to lead the charge for clients like American Heart Association, March of Dimes, Susan G. Komen, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and Best Friends Animal Society.
