  At the age of 31, I am now a partner of a creative agency for the second time.
  
  I studied languages at university which opened the doors for me into the world of client servicing within the creative agency. My communication skills made me a natural relationship builder and business developer. By the age of 24 I was a shareholder and partner at a small boutique design agency, Wren & Rowe. This gave me unique exposure into the challenges and opportunities of running a business.
  
  I then moved to Design Bridge, a renowned brand design agency where within 18 months I was promoted to partner of Design Bridge London. Last year I relocated to New York to open Design Bridge's first American office, of which I am no Senior Vice President.
  
  I am passionate about succeeding in business as well as in their personal lives. I was very excited to here of 50/50 from a friend within the industry and would be proud to be a part of it.
