  Bianca was born and raised in Brazil and started her career in advertising at 19, working at São Paulo based agencies. At 22 she bought her first pair of winter boots and moved to New York to join JWT. There she was selected as 1 of 50 High Potential employees, from a network of more than 10,000 people. The program aims to recognize, reward and train top talent for future leadership positions. In 2014 she joined BBDO as a Senior Art Director and was promoted to ACD in 2015. Bianca has been featured on Business Insider’s list of the ‘30 Most Creative People in Advertising Under 30’ in 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Her work has won awards in shows such as Cannes, ADC, D&AD, LIA, One Show, amongst others.
  When she's not working, I like playing volleyball, traveling, exploring restaurants and designing logos and birthday cards for pushy friends and family members.
