  Andrea has spent her 27-year career in advertising — both client-side and agency — as a designer, art director, creative director, and creative producer focusing on visual storytelling. She is the Executive Producer for The 3% Movement and a creative/content director and executive producer at the 45-person brand agency, Core Creative, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She leads the agency efforts in storytelling and aligning content across multiple channels. An experienced producer and director, she has worked on numerous award-winning TV spots, videos, and documentaries for a variety of clients and causes. As Core’s executive producer, she leads creative production and post-production in-house and manages external crews and resources. She also owns her own indie film production company, Heroine, dedicated to telling social justice stories.
